Privacy Policy

This describes what ProMultis LLC collects when you use Monetis, why we collect it, and who else it reaches. We have kept it to what is actually true of the service rather than a generic template.

What we store

• Your account — the email address, name, and profile picture URL that Google gives us when you sign in, plus Google’s account identifier.
• Your subscription — which plan you are on, when it renews, and a reference to your customer record at Stripe.
• Your credits — every grant, spend, and refund, so the balance can always be explained.
• Your jobs — what you asked for (title, theme, page count), when it ran, and whether it succeeded.
• Your files — the PDFs and videos the tools produce, kept in object storage under a folder specific to your account.

We do not store your card number. Payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Cookies

One cookie, monetis_session, keeps you signed in. It holds a session identifier and nothing else. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Who else sees your data

Running the service means sending some data to other companies. Each one sees only what it needs:

• Google — verifies who you are when you sign in. We receive your email, name, and picture; Google does not receive your prompts or files.
• Stripe — handles payment. Stripe receives your email and card details; we receive back only a customer reference and the subscription status.
• fal.ai — runs the AI models. It receives the text of your prompts and returns the generated images, video, and audio.
• Cloudflare R2 — stores the finished files. Download links are signed and expire after one hour.
• DigitalOcean — hosts our servers and database, in the United States.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your prompts and files

Your prompts are sent to fal.ai so the models can run. Your finished files are stored so you can download them again from your library. We do not use either to train models, and we do not show your work to other users.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting rules require. Generated files stay in your library until you delete your account.

Your choices

Email support@monetis.ai to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile, your job history, and your stored files.

If you are in the EEA or UK, our basis for processing is performance of the contract for account and billing data, and legitimate interest for keeping the service secure. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

Children

Monetis is a tool for people running a business, not a service for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will email you before it takes effect.
