Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and ProMultis LLC (“we”, “us”) for your use of Monetis at monetis.ai. By creating an account or subscribing, you accept them.

What Monetis does

Monetis gives your AI assistant a set of tools that produce finished files — print-ready coloring book PDFs, kids video MP4s, and more as we add them. You connect it to Claude or ChatGPT, describe what you want, and the tools run on our servers using your credits.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for anything done through your account, including any connection keys you create. Keep those keys private — anyone holding one can spend your credits.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you may not use Monetis if we have previously terminated your account.

Credits

• Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance.
• Credits reset on your renewal date and do not roll over.
• Credits are prepaid use of the service. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money except where the law requires it.
• Unused credits expire when your account is closed.
• If a job fails on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. You can see every change in your usage log.

What you make is yours

You own the files you create with Monetis, and you are free to sell them — that is the point of the service. We claim no rights over your output.

We may use anonymous, aggregated usage data (how many jobs ran, which methods are popular) to improve the service. We do not use your prompts or your files to train models.

What you are responsible for

AI generation is imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish or sell, and for making sure it meets the rules of wherever you publish it — Amazon KDP, YouTube, or anywhere else. Those platforms set their own policies on AI-generated content, and they can change them.

You agree not to use Monetis to create:

• Content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark
• Content that sexualizes minors, or any other illegal material
• Content designed to harass, defame, or impersonate a real person

We may suspend an account that does these things, without a refund for the period in progress.

Availability

We run Monetis on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. We aim to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Generation times vary with provider load — a job that usually takes eight minutes can take longer.

Changes

We may change these terms, our prices, or what a credit buys. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel before your next renewal.

Liability

Monetis is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost sales.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep your credits until then — it simply does not renew. We do not prorate the current period.

Cancelling does not delete your account or your files. Unused credits expire when you close your account. See the refund policy for when money already paid comes back.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
